摘要
采用CTAB法提取银杏叶的RNA,结果表明:抽提的RNA经电泳检测,可见28SrRNA和18SrRNA两条主带;紫外吸收值测量,A260/A280接近2.0;反转录合成的cDNA经RAPD扩增,出现清晰的条带,这些说明提取的RNA纯度高,质量好。此方法简便易行,成本也较低,适合于富含多糖、多酚植物材料的RNA提取。
The RNA was extracted from Ginkgo leaves by CTAB method. The result showed that there were 28 S rRNA and 18 S rRNA, and A260/A280 approximated 2.0, cDNA could be used to RAPD amplifying. These results indicated that RNA was of high purity and good quality. It is believed that the CTAB method is especially useful for the RNA extraction of plant materials which have plenty of polysaccharide and hydroxybenzene.
