尿道无张力吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁(附8例报告)
摘要
目的探讨尿道无张力吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效及手术方法。方法对8例影像尿流动力学检查确诊女性SUI患者行尿道无张力吊带术,评定术后症状改善情况。结果术后7例治愈,1例改善,治愈率85.7%,有效率100%。结论尿道无张力吊带术是治疗女性SUI的有效微创手术。
