超声对封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损的价值

Transcatheter Closure of Atrial Septal Defect Using the Amplatz er Device Under Echocardiographic Guidance

目的探讨超声在引导Amplatzer伞闭合房间隔缺损(ASD)中的应用价值。方法28例患者术前经彩色多普勒超声心动图检查证实为ASD。术中超声可实时引导和监测Amplatzer伞闭合ASD的全过程,监测有无并发症。结果28例患者27例成功,术中无并发症,1例失败。结论超声在引导和监测Amplatzer伞闭合ASD中具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the applied values of echocardiography in closing atrial septal defects (ASD) with the Amplatzer devices. Methods A total of 28 patients with ASD confirmed on echo cardiography.ASDs were closed with transcatheter Amplazter closure devices in al l patients.Under the guidance of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE). Results Among 28 cases,27 cases were successful with no complication s during the procedures and follow up.One case was failed. Conclusions Echocardiography plays an important role in c losing ASD with Amplatzer device,not only in intraoperative guidance and monitor ing,but also in post-operative followup study.
