原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全超声与X-线造影比较研究

Primary Lower Limb Deep Venous Incompetence:Comparative Study of Colour Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) with X-ray Retrograde Venography

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声与X-线静脉逆行造影在原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全中的诊断价值。方法206例(300条肢体)不同程度下肢浅静脉曲张患者,用彩色多普勒技术在Valsalva试验后,测量股浅静脉腘静脉内返流持续时间,同时与X-线静脉逆行造影比较。结果判断深静脉瓣膜返流程度彩色多普勒与X-线静脉逆行造影比较总的诊断符合率为88%。结论彩色多普勒诊断下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全具有较高的可信度,并能对受损瓣膜部位作出更直接的诊断,且具有无创伤性、快速、简便,可以广泛运用于临床。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CDFI in primary lower limb deep venous incompetence (PLLDVI). Methods Reflux time was recorded by CDFI after valsalva t est in superficial femoral and popliteal veins in 206 cases with various degrees of varicose vein in lower extremities.The results were compared with X-ray re trograde venography. Results The diagnostic coincidense rate of PLL DVI on CDF I to X-ray retrograde venography was 88%. Conclusions CDFI has higher credit in the diagnosis of PL LDVI,and can make more direct diagnoses for the location of the injured valvae without any injury.
