超声检查肝脏对结核性脑膜炎诊断及鉴别诊断的价值

Ultrasonic Value in Diagnosis of Tuberculous Meningitis

目的探讨超声检查肝脏对结核性脑膜炎的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法对34例结核性脑膜炎患者进行肝脏B超检查。结果肝脏有影像改变者73.5%(25/34)。结论肝脏超声检查对结核性脑膜炎的诊断及鉴别诊断是有一定临床意义的。

Objective This study was designed to in vestigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis and differentiation of tuberc ulous meningitis. Methods Ultrasound examination was performed in the liver in 34 cases. Results Heterogeneous enhanced echoes were found in the l iver in 25 cases. Conclusions Ultrasonography is helpful in diagnosis and d ifferentiation of buberculous meningitis.
