摘要
目的:为探讨锰暴露对机体体液免疫的影响。方法:选择84名锰焊作业人员及84名对照人员,以空气锰为暴露指标、尿锰为吸收指标,观察其血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平。结果:高暴露组IgG含量显著增高,高吸收组IgG、IgA、IgM含量显著增高。IgG、IgA、IgM含量与尿锰成正相关关系,且IgG与锰暴露水平呈正相关。结论:锰能影响机体体液免疫功能,IgG、IgA。
Objective:To study the effects of occupational manganese exposure on humoral immunity in workers. Methods:With the air-manganese as exposure index and urine-Manganese as absorption index, 84 welders and 84 controls were determined with the concentration of IgG, IgA and IgM in serum.Results: The concentration of IgG was significantly higher in the high exposure group, and the concentration of IgA, IgM was significantly higher in the high absorption group. The result indicated the dose-effect relationship between immunoglobulin and air-Manganese, urine-Manganese. Conclusions: It suggests that Manganese exposure may have certain effects on humoral immunity and was regarded as an early index on checking up manganese poisoning.
