摘要
高等学校的主要任务是培养人才,教学是高校的中心工作,教学管理是高校管理中的关键环节。要实现科学的教学教务管理,必须有一支高素质的管理队伍,教务管理人员正是这支队伍的重要组成部分。教务管理工作的成效,很大程度上取决于教务管理人员的整体素质。教务管理人员素质的提高是保障教学秩序、提高办学质量的基础。高校领导应重视教务管理人员的素质培养,教务管理人员也应提高自身的素质并创造性地开展教务工作。
<Abstrcat>The main task of higher education, with teaching being its centre, is to foster qualified personnel. Teaching-affair management is the key link in the management of a college or university. A high-quality force is needed in scientific management. As the teaching-affair managing contingent is the main constituents of this force, its quality forms the basis of guaranteeing orderly teaching and raising the quality of the school. Therefore, leaders of a college or university should attach great importance to fostering the quality of the teaching-affair managing staff and that the managing staff should try their best to raise their own quality and work creatively.
