The research advances of β3 adrenergic receptor in chronic heart failure

摘要 人的心脏存在α和β两大肾上腺素能受体家族,β肾上腺素能受体(简称β受体)是调节心脏功能最有力的刺激物[1].根据药理学方法和分子克隆,心肌不仅存在β1、β2受体,新近还发现β3受体.
