群众体育作为社会发展的有机变量,始终与社会保持紧密相关。在宏观分析我国体育管理体制基础上,进一步探讨群众体育的性质以及群众体育管理体制的时代变革,希望为群众体育的管理提供理论参考。

As a kind of important variable of the development of the society, sports for all has a close correlation with the society. Based on the analysis of the sports management system of China, this study explores the characteristics of sports for all and the era changes of management system of sports for all, in order to offer theoretical references for the management of sports for all.
