2002年～2004年心脏病专科医院钙通道阻滞剂应用分析

Applicational Analysis of Calcium Channel Blocker in Special Hospital of Heart Disease During the Period 2002～2004

目的:了解钙通道阻滞剂在心脏病专科医院的应用现状和发展趋势。方法:对我院2 0 0 2年～2 0 0 4年钙通道阻滞剂用药品种、消耗金额、DDDs等进行统计分析。结果:我院钙通道阻滞剂消耗金额增长较快,但每年的消耗金额、DDDs排序变化不大,DDDs排序靠前的是左旋氨氯地平片、硝苯地平缓释片、地尔硫片、氨氯地平、非洛地平缓释片,消耗金额最大的是地尔硫注射剂。结论:心脏病专科医院用药有明显特点和倾向性。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate applicational status and development tendency of calcium channel blocker (CCB) in special hospital of heart disease. METHODS: The variety, consumptive amount of money and DDDs of CCB during the period 2002～2004 were made a statistical analysis. RESULTS: Consumptive amount of money of CCB in our hospital increased quickly, but the order of consumptive amount of money and DDDs of per year didn't change greatly. Drugs ranking in the front line were laevo-amlodipine, nifedipine retard tablets, dilthiazem, amlodipine and felodipine retard tablets. Of those, the largest consumptive amount of money was spent on dilthiazed injectable preparation. CONCLUSION: Drugs used in special hospital of heart disease have obvious features and proneness.
