2002年～2004年广东地区医院麻醉药品应用分析

Analysis of Narcotics Used in Hospitals of Guangdong Province During the Period 2002～2004

目的:分析广东地区医院麻醉药品用药的现状及趋势,做出客观评估。方法:调查广东地区医院2 0 0 2年～2 0 0 4年麻醉药品用药金额、生产公司等,分析临床应用情况及未来趋势。结果:麻醉药品用药金额呈逐年上升趋势。结论:在广东省经济发达地区,美施康定片和多瑞吉贴会在以后的麻醉药品使用中占据优势地位。

OBJECTIVE:To survey and objectively evaluate the current status and developing trend of the use of narcotics in hospitals of Guangdong province. METHODS:To make a survey of amount of money and production corporation of narcotics used in hospitals of Guangdong province during the period 2002～2004 and analyze the situation of clinical use and future trend. RESULTS: Amount of money spent on narcotic drugs increased year by year during the period 2002～2004.CONCLUSION: In economically developed district of Guangdong province, the use of durogesic and ms contin for pain control of cancer will stand on predominant position in the future.
