2001年～2004年我院中成药应用及与西药配伍统计分析

Statistical Analysis of the Use of Chinese Patent Medicine and Compatibility of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine in Our Hospital During the Period 2001～2004

目的:统计分析我院中成药应用及与西药配伍的用药现状,提出中西药合理配伍的重要性,为合理用药提供参考。方法:提取我院2 0 0 1年～2 0 0 4年药库出库数据,随机抽取门诊处方及归档病历,分析中成药的DDDs排序及中西药配伍情况。结果:中成药的应用占医院用药的比例较大,病区用药的中西药配伍率远大于门诊用药。结论:在临床用药中不可忽视中西药的配伍,必须重视并合理应用中、西药。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current status of the use of Chinese patent medicine and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in our hospital, to put an emphasis on the importance of rational compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine. METHODS: By collecting data from drug library in our hospital during the period 2001～2004 and randomly selecting prescriptions of outpatients and file case history, to analyze the order of DDDs of Chinese patent medicine and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine. RESULTS: The proportion of Chinese patent medicine used in our hospital was great, the rate of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in inpatients was much higher than that in outpatients. CONCLUSION: Rational compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine must be paid more attention to.
