摘要
扼要地介绍了非晶硅碳薄膜可见光发光二极管（α－ＳｉＣｘ：ＨＴＦＬＥＤ）及其研究现状，简单地阐述了当前存在的问题，详细地评述了非晶硅碳薄膜发光二极管的发展方向──提高发光亮度、实现彩色显示、大面积化和低热耗，并预期着其有潜在的应用前景。
The paper briefly describes the present research and existent problems of the amorphous silicon carbide thin film visible light-emitting diode(α-SiCx:H TFLED).Also the paper gives a detailed discussions on its future developments.such as further improvement of luminosity,multi-color display,larger area and lower heating,and predicts its potential applications.
