Technique of Creating I￣2L Unit Library

叙述了Ｉ２Ｌ的基本结构及原理，提出了Ｉ２Ｌ单元的建库方法，包括逻辑符号库、版图库、功能参数库的建立三部分内容，提出了常规逻辑图到Ｉ２Ｌ逻辑图的转换法则，以Ｄ触发器为例说明了Ｉ２Ｌ单元的建库过程。

The fundamental structure and principle of I2L are described in this paper. The method of creating I￣2L unit library is presented, which includes three parts:logic symbol library, layout library and functional parameters library.This paper also puts forward the law of changing normal logic schematic to I2L logic schematic. We explain the full process of creating I2L library for a D flip-flop as an example.
