摘要
介绍了影响 EL 器件寿命的几个主要因素。指出器件工作一定时间后所产生的起泡现象,是由于水汽的侵入在高场作用下而产生的;分析了水汽对器件寿命的影响;提出了避免水汽进入 EL 器件的相应措施,对提高 EL 器件的可靠性、实现长寿命有一定的参考价值。
Main factors effecting the life time of electroluminescence display devices are introduced.Based on the experimental results,it is deduced that the bubble phe- nomenon during the operation is contributed to the water vapor invading under high elec- tric field.The effect of water vapor invading on device life time is analyzed.Corresponding measures to prevent from water vapor invading are suggested.
