摘要
对双铟封工艺应用于全静电摄像管中所存在的问题进行了讨论,并利用光电子能谱仪(ESCA)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对抛光的玻璃铟封表面经过不同的清洗工艺后的表面状态和形貌进行了测试分析,所得结果为寻找最佳工艺条件提供了依据。通过大量的工艺实验,采用双铟封工艺制作出中心分辨率为450TVL 的1.7 cm 全静电摄像管。
Some issues regard to double indium-seal technique for all-electrostatic camera tube are discussed.The surface conditions of polished glass are tested and analy- sised with ESCA and SEM.1.7 cm all-electrostatic camera tubes with indium-sealed elec- trodes are made by this technique.The central resolution with 450 TV lines is obtained.
