摘要
阐述了阳极电压为1 kV 左右的拼接式平板象素管的现状,谈到目前 CRT 用的彩色荧光粉经特殊处理后,可以在中电压激励下有效发光,由此试制的栅网矩阵选址平板象素管,具有阳极电压低,象素密度高等优点。分析了该器件的失效机理,针对寿命问题,提出改进措施,指出了研制及开发实用的中、低电压彩色荧光粉是目前发展中压 CRT 显示器件的关键所在。根据当前动向,展望了今后五年的发展前景。
The technical status and developing trends of flat pixel tube with anode voltage below 1.5kV is presentecd.Being mixed with some electric conductors,the lumi- nance saturation of the phosphor can not be observed within a wider scope as current in- creased.In the light of this principle,a new sort of tube which has ability to address using matrix grids has been made for years.It possesses a special attractive status among all the flat pixel tube in the world today.The reasons for short lifetime of the tube are also anal- ysed.
