摘要
目的探讨肺动脉发育不良的CT诊断。方法对13例平片疑为肺动脉发育不良患者均行CT增强扫描,并将CT检查资料进行分析。结果肺动脉发育不良分为2型,即:一侧肺动脉不发育7例和一侧肺动脉发育不全6例;后者又可分3个亚型,即一侧肺动脉发育细小(n=3),肺动脉段性发育不全(n=1),肺动脉位置发育不良(n=2)。肺动脉发育不良可并发支气管发育障碍,先天性心脏病,肺动脉高压,本组共见4例。结论CT增强扫描对肺动脉发育不良有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To discuss the CT diagnosis of pulmonary art er y hypoplasty. Methods Thirteen patients with suspected pulmonary artery hypopla sty on chest plain films underwent CT enhanced scans and images analyses. Result s CT postcontrast enhanced scans demonstrated that there were two types of pulmo nary artery hypoplasty in all patients,of them.unilateral pulmonary artery agene sis was found in 7 cases and unilateral pulmonary artery hypoplasty in 6 cases w ho again could be divided into three subtypes,i.e.the small development of unila teral pulmonary artery(n=3),segmental hypoplasty of unilateral pulmonary artery( n=1).and the locative hypoplasty of pulmonary artery such as pulmonary arteriove nous malformation(n=2). Pulmonary artery hypoplasty could associated with bronch ial dysplasia(n=2), congenital heart disease(n=1),and pulmonary artery hyperten sion(n=1). Conclusion CT contrast enhanced scans have the higher value for diagn osing pulmonary artery hypoplasty.
