B超监测下输卵管通液在不孕症患者中的临床应用

Clinical applications of ultrasound guided tubal patent test in the patients with tubal infertility

目的评价B超引导下双氧水输卵管通液术在输卵管性不孕症患者诊断与治疗中的作用。方法112例临床上疑诊为输卵管性不孕症患者,继常规宫腔镜检查后,均经B超引导下输卵管通液。对双侧或单侧输卵管不通者和通而不畅者均于月经干净后隔日或等下一月经周期后继续行通液术。结果首次输卵管通液术后,双侧输卵管通畅者20例,双侧不通和通而不畅者分别为25例和16例,单侧不通和通而不畅者分别为36例和15例。经2次至6次通液术后,双侧输卵管不通畅和通而不畅者分别为10例和2例,单侧输卵管不通畅和通而不畅者分别为2例和3例,其余95例均获得双侧输卵管通畅。结论B超引导下输卵管通液术对输卵管性不孕症具有诊断准确率高、疗效好、可重复性强等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To assess the potency of ultrasound guided tub al patent test in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with tubal infertility.M ethods A hundred and twele patients with clinically suspected tubal infertility underwent ultrasound guided H2O2 water tubal patent test after the conventional hysteroscopy.In patients with bilateral or unilateral non patent or partially non patent tube,ultrasound guided H2O2 water tubal patent tests were performed at every other day after a menstrual period or next a menstrual period.Results Following first time of tubal patent test ,bilateral patent tubes were found in 20 cases,bilateral non patent and partially non patent tubes in 25 and 16,r espectively,unilateral non patent and partially non patent tubes in 36 and 1 5,respectively.After two to six times of tubal patent test , bilateral non pat ent and partially non patent tubes decreased to 10 and 2 cases,respectively,un ilateral non patent and partially non patent tubes decreased to 7 and 3 casc s,respectively. Conclusion Ultrasound guided tubal patent test has a great poten cy in the diagnsosis and treatment of tubal infertility so that it is worth clin ically wide application.
