摘要
研制了以西藏产大花红景天为主要成份,辅以其它中药的复方大花红景天,用以改善机体在低氧环境中的劳动能力。在小白鼠模拟海拔10000m游泳实验中,药物组和对照动物的存活时间分别为(73.2±3.8)min和(60.5±1.0)min(P<0.05)。在大白鼠模拟海拔5000m游泳1h实验中药物组和对照组动物的血乳酸浓度分别为(14.6±1.8)和(21.1±1.9)mmol/L(p<0.05)。在模拟海拔4500m低压舱人体负荷运动试验中,药物组受试者的PWC170比对照组高11.6%(P<0.01)、无氧阈比对照组高17.O%(P<0.01)。结果提示,复方大花红景天能够显著改善机体在低氧条件下的劳动能力。
The effect of compound of R.crenulata(CRC )containing R.crenulata and several kinds
of other Chinese traditional and herbal drugs on exercise performance were investigated during
hypoxia.On the 4th day of receiving CRC (drug group) or orally water(control group),268 mice
exposed to a simulated altitude of 10 000m and 20 rats exposed to a simulated altitude of
5000m were forced to swim in swimming pools.The survival time of mice was(73.2±3.8)min in
drug group and(60.5±4.0)min in control group(P<0.05).The blood lactate in rats was(4.6±
1.8)mmol/L in drug group and(21.1±1.8)mmol/L in control group(P<0.05).On the 10th day of
receiving CRC orally or placebo;10 sea- level healthy men(using cross-over design )performed
an incremental exercise on cycle ergometer until exhaustion in hypobaric chamber at a
simulated altitude of 4500m.PWC170 and anaerobic threshold AT(determined by gas
exchanges )in the subjects taking CRC were 11.6%and 17.0% higher than that in the subjects
taking placebo( P<0.01).These results indicated that CRC might play an important role in
improving exercise perfor-mance during hypoxia.
