摘要
Grey theory is applied into recognizing the core rigidities in high tech firms,which ranks the firms according to the rigidity degree via approaching degree analysis and ranks influencing factors via contribution degree analysis.The empirical study indicates the most important three factors are similar degree of core members,incentive degree inclined to core department and tolerance degree of value differences.
