EXTRACTING PECTIN FROM ORANGE PEEL BY WAY OF SEDIMENTATION OF MOLYSITE

本文提出了一种从柑桔皮中提取果胶的新方法。通过大量实验后得出:以高价铁盐作为沉淀剂提取果胶的铁盐沉淀法,具有生产成本低、产品产率高的特点。

In this paper a new method of extracting pectin from orange peel isreported. The result of the expriment shows that the sedimentation of extract-ing pectin by using high value molysite as sedimentary agent can achievehigher rate of extraction at lower prime cost.
