系统利用西门子RS485协议格式,实现PLC与艾默生TD3000矢量变频器的通讯,完成切纸机速度链控制等功能,克服了原始系统车速低,控制误差大等缺点,提高了传动系统控制精度。
Using the SIEMENS RS485 protocol realizes the communication PLC with TD3000 vector control inverter, finishes the speed chain control function. It′s overcome the low speed and the large control error on the original system, improved the control error of the electric system.
