摘要
高校德育评估是德育的辅助手段,是学生管理工作的重要方法。评估中要处理好几个要素:一是设定评估客体要考虑到评估诸要素的独立性及评估客体的可竞争性;二是要建立切合实际的德育目标体系,构建完整、简练、可行的德育评估指标体系;三是要正确对待德育评估的分值,注意评估分值的不确定性,克服"拜分"现象,真正发挥评估的德育功能。
As an secondary tool of virtue education, the evaluation of virtue education in colleges and universities is an important means of student management. The following factors should be properly handled in such evaluation: Firstly, when setting the evaluated-object, the mutual-independence of the elements for evaluation and the competitiveness between the evaluated-objects must be taken into consideration; secondly, a practical and realistic virtue target system and a concise, complete, feasible virtue evaluation mechanism must be established; thirdly, there must be a correct understanding of the point value of the virtue evaluation and attention should be given to the uncertainty of point value of evaluation.
