摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成掺Eu(BA)_3的SiO_2发光材料。研究了凝胶玻璃中苯甲酸和稀土离子的配位情况,稀土离子的掺入浓度对发光性能的影响。通过红外光谱和荧光光谱证明了溶胶-凝胶法可以在SiO_2中原位合成Eu(BA)_3。
Eu(BA)_3/SiO_2 was synthesized by solgel method. HBA associated with Eu^(3+) and the effect of Eu^(3+) concentration on the luminescence performance of Eu(BA)_3/SiO_2 was researched.The complexes formed in the solgel derived from SiO_2 gel were identified by IR and fluorescence spectroscopy.
