CT结肠成像在结肠息肉性病变中的应用
摘要
结肠息肉是结肠癌主要的癌前病变,临床对其检查方法颇多,但各有利弊。随着多层螺旋CT软件的开发,包括2D多平面(横断面、矢状面和冠状面)及3D(遮蔽表面显示、透明法、结肠仿真内镜)重组影像的CT结肠成像的应用,对结肠息肉性病变的检出与诊断具有独特优势。综述近年CT结肠成像技术的优化及其在结肠息肉性病变中的应用。
