摘要
研究了一种面向特征的公差分析与综合方法，该方法首先建立基于特征的产品信息模型，在此基础上利用人工智能技术建立公差设计的成本─精度模型，并通过优化设计方法优化公差设计。
A feature-oriented tolerance analyzing and synthesizing method is studied.A feature-based product information model is developed based on a feature-modelling tool system FMT2.0.The assembly and D & T are included in the model.The AI technique is adopted to es-tablish a cost-accuracy model.the numerical optimization method is then used to optimize thetolerance assignment.
