摘要
利用煤样程序升温自燃性测试实验装置,模拟煤自然的整个发火过程。通过考察煤样的煤温变化、O2消耗量、CO产生量、CO2产生量及其他气体的变化规律,并确定煤的临界温度、气体产生率、最大放热强度及最小放热强度等极限参数,研究东保卫矿煤的自燃倾向性。因此,对该矿的安全生产、自燃火灾的预测以及防灭火具有积极的指导作用。
With the experimental device of coal spontaneous combustion, we simulated the process of coal spontaneous combustion and studied spontaneous combustion tendency of coal sample of Dongbaowei mine by investigating the variation of coal temperature and the amount of oxygen consumed carbon monoxide produced, the changing regularity of other gases .We determined the critical temperature the gas producing rate , the tensity of heat released and the limit parameters, so as to provide guidance of safety production, forecasting fire disaster and putting out fire for Dongbaowei mine.
