摘要
由于山地城市的特殊性,在进行土地质量评价时,采用传统的方法计算因素分值存在诸多问题,因此分析了影响山地城市职能空间扩散的主要因素,揭示了山地城市职能的空间扩散规律,即城市职能扩散除表现为均匀扩散规律外,还突出地表现为等级扩散和轴向随机扩散规律,在此基础上,利用G IS的空间分析功能对商服功能影响作用分进行了修正,结果表明此方法较好地解决了采用传统方法计算因素作用分时带来的不足,更符合山地城市实际,并简便易行。
There are a lot of shortcomes by employing traditional way to computer unit factor score during land grading in Mountain city, which stems from the function in mountain city. The paper analyses the the major factors of inflencing the services spatial diffusion. the distance factor and the hindrance factor . The paper displays the laws of services function spatial diffusion in mountain city which obviously present the law of hierarchical diffusion, contagious diffusion as well as stochastic diffusion along the axes. On the basis of above analysis, the unit factors score of business services calculated by traditional way are revised by means of GIS spacial analysis. The results show that the shortcomes of traditional methods can be overcome, and this method is more suitable, practical and well as feasible.
