自适应直接数字转换角度位移变送器的设计

摘要 采用自适应方式跟踪角度位移传感器的线性区间范围,检测内容以数字的形式直接上传给主控电路。其方法是以角度传感器特性曲线的线性范围作为A/D转换的参考电压,在单片机的控制下使参考电压中心与角度位移传感器转角零点保持一致。传感器输出量的A/D转换在单片机PIC16F873内进行,转换结果以数字形式输出。测试结果表明:本装置能够适应传感器线性段的整体漂移和中心点漂移,输出信号具有数字电路的噪声容限。 Using self-adapted regulation to trace the sensor's linear operation and send the detective results to main control circuit in digital form. The methods adopted as follows: using the linear operation range for the referential voltage of A/D converter and to keep the center of referential voltage as same as the neutral of angle displacement by controlling of the MCU PIC16F873. In addition the MCU with on-board A/D converter can send the digital results of conversion by series interface. The test shows that the device can adapt the driftage of whole linear operation section and the driftage of center of linear operation section, the output signal has a noisy tolerance as digital circuits.
