用压力疗法防治烧伤疤痕增生60例

PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF 60 BURNED PATIENTS WITH HYPERTRO PHIC SCARS BY A PRESSURE THERAPY

目的探讨压力疗法对烧伤增生性疤痕的防治作用。方法60例烧伤病人创面愈合后用弹力绷带和弹力套加压,观察疤痕增生情况,同时选择60例烧伤病人作为对照组。结果压力治疗组在疤痕硬度、颜色、厚度方面与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论压力治疗是目前防治烧伤疤痕增生的一种简单、经济、有效的方法。

Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of burn hypertrophic scars by using a pressure therapy. Methods Healing wounds of 60 burned patients were pressed by an elasticity bandage and clothes ,and hyperophic scar was observed for these patients,other 60 burned patients were as control group. Results There is a significant difference in hardness, color and thickness of scars between the pressure group and control group (P<0.01) . Conclusion Pressure therapy is a simple, convenient, effective and first choosing method for the treatment and prevention of burn hypertrophic scar.
