摘要
文章简要介绍IRP的产生、概念、技术特点以及作用,阐述了船舶企业信息化建设需要走先IRP后ERP道路的必然性,用实例说明IRP促进企业信息化的发展,详细叙述IRP在船舶企业中的实施过程,并展望了IRP在企业信息化建设中的实施前景。
In this paper,we introduce briefly the developing process of IRP (Information Resource Planning),the concept,the merits and functions of this kind of technology,it depicts the necessity of the way,which is IRP before ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in marine enterprises information systems. With the example,it illuminates IRP accelerating the development of enterprise informationization. It mainly specifies how to carry out IRP,and looks forward to the bright future of IRP actualization in setting up enterprise informationization.
