六西格玛项目选择的TOPSIS方法

TOPSIS Approach to Project Selection in Six-σ Management

依据六西格玛管理理论和多属性决策理论,提出了一种六西格玛项目选择的TOPSIS方法。在分析六西格玛项目选择的特点的基础上,按照系统性、可行性、多目的性、实用性的原则,构建了项目选择的决策指标体系;给出了项目选择的TOPSIS方法的计算步骤;通过一个算例说明了给出方法的应用。

According to the theories of Six-σ management and multiple attribute decision making,a TOPSIS approach is proposed to select the best project in Six-σ management.Based on the features of project selection in Six-σ management,a decision index system is established following the principles of system,feasibility,multi-purposes and pragmatism.This paper presents calculation steps of TOPSIS approach for project selection,and a numerical example is used to illustrate the proposed approach.
