摘要 该文对豆豉枯草杆菌的筛选、发酵及纤溶酶提取、活性测定、理化性质、动物溶栓药效试验进行综述并介绍纤溶酶应用前景。 This article describe some advances in the research of the fibrinolytic enzyme in fermented soy sauce. It focuses on the screening and fermentatiom of Bacillus Subitilis , extraction, characterization, activity determination of the enzyme, the experiments about the effect of degesting thrombus in the animals and the research on application in foreground.
