摘要 该文详细论述挤压加工技术发展,挤压加工技术原理和特点,单螺杆和双螺杆挤压机对比,及挤压加工中各参数对早餐谷物产品影响。 In this article, the developing situation of extrusion, the principle and characteristics of extrusion, comparison between single-screw extruder and twin-screw extruder, and the effects of processing parameters in extrusion on the quality of breakfast cereals are discussed detail.
