I-FLICE、PI、AI在膀胱癌中的表达研究和临床意义

摘要 目的研究膀胱癌组织中IFLICE、PI、AI的表达与肿瘤分期、分级和类型的关系,探讨膀胱癌组织中肿瘤细胞增殖/凋亡失衡的状况,以及这些因素与病人预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法测定PI、AI、IFLICE在56例肿瘤标本中的表达,分析其表达与肿瘤组织学的关系,及对病人预后的影响。结果IFLICE、AI、PI的阳性表达在56个病例中分别为:64%、34%、59%。IFLICE在膀胱癌中的表达对肿瘤的分级和病人的预后有显著影响,而AI的表达无显著性意义。结论IFLICE对评价膀胱癌的侵袭性和预后是一个重要的独立因素,膀胱癌中肿瘤细胞增殖/凋亡的失衡是一种以增殖为主、凋亡相对受到抑制的失衡。 Objective To research relation between the expression of PI,AI and I-FLICE in bladder urothelial carcinomas and tumor grade,stage,type. To discuss the status of imbalance between proliferation and apoptosis in tumor cells and the relation between these factors and patient outcome in bladder urothelial carcinomas.Methods The expression of I-FLICE,PI and AI was quantified immunohistoehemiclly in paraffin-embedded tumor tissues from 56 patients for whom clinical information was available. The relationship between their expression and histologic findings was analyzed. The effect of I-FLICE,PI and AI on clinical outcome was assessed by univariate and multivariate analyses.Results Positive immunostaining was detected for I-FLICE,AI and PI in 64%,34% and 59% of cases,respectively. The positive expression of I-FLICE affected the advancing stage significantly. While the AI expression failed to reach statistical significance.Conclusion I-FLICE is an important independent factor for its value of assessing the severity of tumor and prognosis. The imbalance between proliferation and apoptosis inbladder urothelial carcinomas is characterized by high proliferation and relatively restrained apoptosis rather thanhigh proliferation and high apoptosis.
