沙培林膀胱灌注对浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌患者血液中血管内皮生长因子的影响

Study on VEGF in blood of the patients with superficial bladder transitional cell carcinoma after perfusion of sapylin

目的探讨沙培林对浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌患者血液中血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)的影响。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对30例浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌术后患者和15例正常人血液中VEGF的检测,观察浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌患者在沙培林灌注治疗6周后血液中VEGF的变化。结果治疗前患者血液中VEGF水平明显高于对照组;治疗6周后VEGF水平显著降低,但仍较对照组高。结论沙培林膀胱灌注能够显著降低患者血液中VEGF水平,是一种有效的杀死膀胱肿瘤细胞的方法。

Objective To study the expression of the VEGF in blood of the patients with superficial bladder transitional cell carcinoma after perfusion of sapylin.Methods PAP ELISA method was used to study the VEGF in 30 cases of superficial bladder transitional cell carcinoma and in 15 cases of normal people as control.To observe the change of VEGF in blood of the pretherapy and post-perfusion 6 weeks patients with superficial bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Results VEGF level in blood of the patients with superficial bladder transitional cell carcinoma is higher than that of normal people.After 6 weeks perfusion of sapylin,VEGF level in blood decreased obviously,but it is still higher than normal people.Conclusion Perfusion of bladder of sapylin can obviously decrease the level of VEGF in blood.So,it is an effective method to kill the cells of superficial bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
