摘要
目的观察杜仲腰痛丸对非压迫性髓核突出大鼠疼痛相关行为的影响。方法取健康、雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为假手术组(A组)、模型组(B组)、对照组(C组、伸筋丹组)、高剂量组(D组、杜仲腰痛丸高剂量组)、低剂量组(E组、杜仲腰痛丸低剂量组),每组10只,将大鼠自身的尾椎髓核取出移植于左侧L5,L6神经根背侧,造成大鼠非压迫性髓核突出模型,对其机械刺激缩爪阈值及热刺激回缩潜伏期阈值进行测定。结果术后B,C,D,E组均产生机械痛觉过敏,但C,D,E组痛觉过敏程度与B组比较明显减轻(P<0.05),D,E组痛觉过敏程度与C组比较明显减轻(P<0.05);各组均未出现热痛觉过敏。结论杜仲腰痛丸有减轻非机械压迫性髓核对神经根损伤后所导致的机械痛觉过敏,提高痛阈的作用。
Objective To observe effect of duzhongyaotong pill on the non-compressive nucleus pulposus protrusion in the rat’s pain-related behavior.Methods Fifty normal Wistar male rats were randomly divided into five geoups:the sham operated group(A),injury model group(B),shenjindan capsule treat group(C),high dose and low dose group(duzhongyaotong pill treat,D and E)(n=10 each).Autogenous nucleus pulposus was removed from the coccygeal vertebral and placed into the back of left L(5~6) nerve root,The modle of the non-compressive nucleus pulposus protrusion was created by transplanting autogenous nucleus pulposus in the back of left L(5~6) nerve roots.The mechanical withdraw threshold and thermal withdraw latency were determined.Results The significant mechanical hyperalgesia was showed in the rats of B,C,D,E groups,but it’s lighter in C,D,E groups than in B group postoperatively (P<0.05),and it’s lighter in D,E groups than in C group postoperatively (P<0.05),all groups didn’t showed thermal hyperalgesia.Conclusion Duzhonhyaotong pill can lighten that the non-compressive nucleus pulposus protrusion cause mechanical hyperalgesia and heighten pain threshold.
