城乡相互带动,协调并进是实现区域经济良性发展的必然要求,统筹城乡协调发展对东北老工业基地的振兴,对东北整个经济的发展都是至关重要的,本文从分析二者的关联性入手,重点探讨了实现城乡协调发展,促进东北老工业基地振兴的有效路径。

The mutual effects and harmonious development between cities and countries are necessary and important in realizing the development of the regional economy, in vitalizing the old industrial base and in promoting the economy of the whole northeast area. By analyzing the mutual effects, this thesis mainly discusses the effective way to vitalize the old industrial base.
