本文分析了2004年深市上市公司收购和重组情况,通过研究收购重组的行业地区分布、交易(收购)主体、标的和目的,总结了2004年度深市上市公司收购重组的特点及存在的问题,并据此提出相关建议。
This is a review of 04' acquisition and reorganization of SZSE-listed companies. Based on analysis of their geographic location, trading bodies, target and objective, the author summarizes the characters and associated problems of these events and puts forwards his suggestion to address these issues.
