On Position of Developing Countries in Foreign Trade

由于所处的历史发展阶段以及国际经济环境的影响,使发展中国家在国际贸易中处于相对不利的地位。发展中国家普遍存在制度不完善的问题,并且受经济全球化的消极因素影响,加上世界贸易组织规则在制定方面的片面性、实施方面的不完全性等因素,导致发展中国家在国际贸易中常常陷入困境。发展中国家应加强团结,积极进行内部政治经济改革,并采取灵活务实的态度来积极参与世界贸易组织的新一轮谈判,从而有效突破自身所处的不利地位。

The developing countries are in a disadvantaged position in foreign trade because of the influence of the historical developmental stage and different international economic circumstances. Generally, the developing countries are prone to the problems of imperfect system and influenced by the negative factors of economic globalization. More over, they are often brought into trouble in international trade because of the unilateralism in drawing up the rules of the World Trade Organization and incompleteness in its conduct. The developing countries should strengthen unity, actively carry out the internal political and economic reform, adopt flexible and practical attitude to take part in the new round negotiation of WTO, and therefore effectively break through their disadvantaged position.
