摘要
教育知识实在化的环境是指对教育知识实在化变异起作用的周围事物,用系统和环境的关系理论考察教育知识实在化的环境,由近及远分别为:①学校环境;②学校之外与实在化联系紧密的发展环境;③教育系统环境;④国家教育政策、民族文化氛围、国际教育环境;⑤社会大系统环境。影响教育知识实在化的内在环境包括教师与学生的关系、教师间的关系、教师与学校领导的关系、学校的物质条件、班容量以及与家长的关系等。教育系统环境对教育知识实在化具有重要的影响。
The environment of educational knowledge realization refers to the s urroundings acting on its variations. Based on the relation-theory of system an d background,the environmental factors can be arranged in an order from the clo se to the remote as follows:(1)school environment;(2)the developmental environ ment outside of school;(3)educational system environment;(4)national policies,cultural atmosphere,and international educational environment;(5)social syste m background. The internal environmental factors include the student-teacher re lationship,the teacher-teacher relationship and the relationships between the teachers and school authorities,the school's physical conditions,class capacit y as well as the relationship with students' parents. The educational system env ironment plays an important role in the educational knowledge realization.
