摘要
教学要素是构成教学活动(系统)的单元或元素,是教学论学科建构的理论基石。多年来,我国教育理论研究者对教学要素问题做了大量而广泛的研究,但由于种种原因所致,对教学要素研究所持的观点莫衷一是,分歧很大,至今辩论仍很激烈。固然教学活动中的要素很多,但决定教学活动质的规定性的要素应该是教学基本要素,它们是构成教学活动的充分必要条件。而且,研究教学要素的最终目的不仅仅是要弄清教学活动到底由几个要素构成,而是要构筑良性的要素运行方式,促使教学过程的最优化。
The essential teaching factors refer to the units or elements const i tuting the teaching system. They are the foundation for the constitution of teac hing theories. In China,a great amount of research work has been conducted by e ducational theory researchers for many years. However,for various reasons,the opinions about the essential teaching factors are unable to be agreed on and the debates are still very heated. Though there are many elements in teaching activ ity,the essential teaching factors are those which play a decisive role in impr oving teaching quality. They are the ample and necessary conditions of teaching activity. In addition,the ultimate purpose of the essential teaching factor res earch is not only to make it clear that how many elements constitute teaching ac tivity,but also to set up good operating patterns for teaching factors and to o ptimize the teaching process.
