建设学习型中小学教师队伍的思考

随着学习化社会的到来,建立充满生机活力的中国特色社会主义现代化教育体系和终身教育体系,提高教师素质成为了我国新时期教育事业的迫切要求。教师要不断更新观念、更新知识,成为学习型的教师。建设学习型教师队伍,是当代社会发展的必然趋势,要创造性的开展中小学教师继续教育。强化校本培训,制订学习型教师队伍建设规划,构建高效、实干、稳定及兼备教学水平和教研能力的学习型教师队伍。

It has become an urgent task to establish a modern life-long education system to improve the teachers' quality in our country at the new era with the forming of a learning society.Teachers have to alter their concept,renew their knowledge structure,and learn all life long.To have a learning-type teachers group is a necessity in the development of our society.We must carry out the continuous education,having more training,programming the training,bringing up a group of practical,efficient,and stable teachers who are good both at teaching and researching.
