摘要
本文根据一些糖厂转化糖装色值深,转化率低的情况,用数理统计的方法分析其影响因素,确定了转化糖浆的最佳工艺条件,所得结果经工厂验证,与生产实际相符合,因而可达到控制生产提高产品质量的目的。
According to the dark colour and less glucose and fructose ofconverting syrup, t 11e paper analyze t he factors that offect thequality of syrup. The optima were selected. The production results are coinciped with that from calculating. so as to get the purpose ofcontrolling the production and making the syrup in good quality.
