陈云同志诞辰100周年了,他在我国经济发展的几个关键时期都起到了举足轻重的作用。他一贯主张我国国民经济发展必须从中国实际出发,按比例协调发展,不能盲目追求高指标与不切实际的高速度。坚持始终把改善人民生活放在首位,在几次重大转折关头,由于陈云的努力,我国经济都由低谷转入健康发展的道路。

Comrade Chen Yun played a decisive role when China's economic development was at crucial times. Chen consistently advocated that China's economic development must base on the country's reality, and put the improvement of the people's life first; instead of blindly pursuing high targets and impractical high speed, it should be carried out in proportion and in phase. Because of Chen's effort China's economy got on a healthy way at several crucial times from downturn.
