发展特色经济与云南少数民族地区农村剩余劳动力转移

Development of advantageous economy and employment of rural surplus labor in ethnic areas of Yunnan

由于云南少数民族地区农村剩余劳动力向区域外的现代部门转移存在诸多困难,需通过在本地区大力发展特色经济,来增强本地区吸纳剩余劳动力的能力。在云南少数民族地区,发展特色经济要与全省的特色产业发展相呼应,以取得更好的政策支持和获得外部效应;要以工业化的思路发展特色经济,才能将特色经济做大做强。

It is so much difficult for rural surplus labor of Yunnan ethnic areas to find jobs in modern departments in other areas. So, the local advantageous economy should be developed to employ local surplus labor. Moreover, in order to gain better policy support and external economic effects, the local development should be in concordance with the whole provincial development. And the idea of industrialization is an important choice for the stronger local advantageous economy.
