政治“文风”问题的政治过程分析

Analyzing political″wenfeng″ from Political Process perspective

当前,政治生活中的“文风”问题愈演愈烈,引起了国家与社会的广泛关注。这不简单地是个“官僚主义”、“形式主义”或者“文风”之类的“作风”问题。本文从政治过程分析的视角,从四个方面展开对官方文本“官样文章”化的理解约束话语的体制化结构,以及人格化结构;依靠文本实现的外部和内部政治功能。

Chinese official texts have been jammed with eyewashes. It is worrying that this phenomenon has not been alleviated despite the CPC leaders have called on fighting against bureaucratic behaviors and improving the party's ″wenfeng″(writing style). Equipped with political process theory, I try to understand ″wenfeng″ from four facets as follows: Chinese political structure that dominates political discourse process, including institutional structure and interpersonal relationship structure; the internal and external political functions of red tapes.
