摘要
建立共同愿景是美国著名管理学家彼得.圣吉提出的学习型组织的五项修炼之一。它是激发组织活力、增强组织凝聚力的重要途径,对组织的发展和组织目标的实现有非常重要的作用。文章简要介绍了共同愿景的含义、构造体系、构筑要素、共同愿景的建立和修炼技巧以及其对组织的重要意义。
Building shared vision is one of The five disciplines of learning organization which had been advanced by American famous managerialist Peter M. Senge. it is an important method which can motivate the vitality and enhance the cohesion of organization. Moreover,it has very important function in developing and achieving the goal of organization. The article simply introduced the meaning, structure system, constructional factors, building and disciplinary skills of shared vision and pointed out the important signification of shared vision to organization.
