目前我国抽样调查方法还很不衔接、不配套,究其原因,是目前还没有形成健全的统计调查制度体系。建立高效、完善的抽样调查制度,是我国统计调查改革中的关键所在。

At present, statistical investigation methods have been applied by our government to all fields. These methods, however, are isolated from each other, for which the major reason is that a sound statistical investigation system has not formed yet in our country. So the key to reform the statistical investigation methods is to set up an efficient and perfect modern system.
